This week is Random Acts of Kindness Week around the globe, and goodness knows our world could use a little more of that! In a time where division is so abundant – let’s remember that kindness is as well. There are incredible people doing amazing things – in big ways and small to help one another all over the globe. The simple act of a smile can be a light in someone else’s darkness. This week let’s all lean in to offer a little more light into the world. Let’s perform random acts of kindness and pave the way towards making someone’s day. This is a terrific site for some ideas to help kick us off!
DIY Tip for the Week
Replace worn-out air-conditioning equipment (or install a new system) in the winter, when HVAC guys offer discounts to drum up jobs. Cost: Depends on your unit. Savings: Sometimes as much as $500.
Real Estate Tip of the Week
Thought about selling your house but are waiting until spring? It’s one of the most common mistake sellers make. Spring is often one of the busiest times of year for real estate, which means your listing will be in heavy competition for the buyers in the market. And if you are wanting to purchase a new home, you’ll miss out on today’s still low interest rates. You don’t have to decide today – but get some questions answered such as what your property is currently worth, what the fair market value is, and how much you qualify for sooner, rather than later, so you at least know what’s best for you and your family. I’m happy to help.
